We inform you that by submitting the form on your left you do NOT automatically make a reservation. A reservation request is valid ONLY after a confirmation by a representative of Nikos studios and apartments.

Cancellations in less than 48 hours prior your arrival will get you to lose any refund of your deposit. Please, if you wish to cancel a booking let us know at least 7 days prior your arrival to get your deposit back.

For reservations over 7 days we provide piecemeal discounts for April, May, June, September, October.

The day of your departure you are obligated to leave from the room before 11:59. If you stay until 17:59 you will pay half the price of the room and after that you will have to pay a full day.
